        They are rude. They keep you waiting for a scheduled appointment for over an hour, and don't even apologize! Not a cup of coffee, nothing! Poor customer service.

        Was very impressed with their knowledge of the current tax laws. Made an appointment to come back in after tax season to set up a retirement plan. Will recommend to my family and friends.
