Ivy Pediatrics

WORST PEDIATRIC PRACTICE I'VE VISITED. I ASKED FOR THEM TO CALL IN THE SCRIPT TO MY PHARMACY AND THEY JUST FAXED IT, BUT DIDN'T GAVE ME THE ORIGINAL. THE FAX WAS NEVER RECEIVED IN THE PHARMACY. ON ANOTHER OCCASION MY SON'S NANNY TOOK MY SON TO IVY PEDIATRICS AND I CALLED THEM TO FAX THE SCRIPT OVER TO THE PHARMACY. I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T KEEP THE Rx IN FILE. THAT THE NANNY HAD THE SCRIPT. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO WORK WITH THEM. I AM CHANGING PEDIATRICIAN ASAP!

I STARTED GOING THERE WHEN DR HOOD WAS WORKING THERE, BUT HE MOVED OUT OF STATE.

If I could give them a zero I would. I've been to the office about 5 times over the course of a year and each time I go there is a different doctor. Its even worse now that they over book. Like previous reviewer said, I've waited for more than an 1 hour the last 2 times. Last thing they did was keep us in their crammed exam room for 45mins or more. I guess thats the strategy they use to hide you from other patients and so the waiting room doesn't look as crowded. The visits are rushed and the doctors are moody by the time they get to you. This office is more concerned with pushing vaccines more than anything else and do not validate your concerns. Stay away unless you have nothing better to do than sit several hours in office for a careless 5min visit. I've had better experiences at a pediatric urgent care. The level of service and care is comparable to a busy emergency room.

I started going to ivy pediatrics about 6 years ago and I'm so glad I did. Dr.Hood was the first doctor we seen and he was great.All of the staff in the East Brunswick office is wonderful ! I can not make one complaint about anyone including the doctors.There has been wonderful doctors who have moved or retired that we will miss dearly. I am a person who reads reviews on everything so I wanted everyone to know that you will not regret joining this office. I would rate it 10 stars if I could ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
