The rating of disappointing is not low enough. They sent me to collections 6 months after my last service. They never sent me a statement so I didn't know there was a balance. The charges should have been paid by my insurance. Then when I confronted them the doctor got all defensive and angry.

I loved Meadow Creek Dermatology. I was taken back to a room immediately, there was no waiting. The doctor answered all my questions and was very friendly, down to earth, he made me feel very comfortable. The office was clean and friendly. I paid my co-pay and I was on my way. My insurance company is in network, they took care of everything, I did not have to do anything else or pay anymore money.



I was referred to the clinic by a friend, the doctor had found a skin cancer that 4 other doctor's missed. It was indeed cancer and without the doctors aid she might not be here today. I thank Dr. Fenger and will recommend Meadow Creek Dermatology to ALL.

Hands down the worst experience at any Dr.'s office that I have EVER been to!! I showed up 20 mins early for my appointment with my 1yr old in tow. When I went to check in, they didn't even know who I was or that I had an appointment! We sat in the waiting room for 45 mins before they called me into a small room that smelled of dead, burnt skin and chemicals. I sat in that room for 30 mins!! All the while I can hear the "Dr" in his office across the hall making personal phone calls and then lunch plans. The receptionist came in and apologized 4 times, saying that the Dr would be right in. Yeah right. Finally, I decided that I was going to leave. As I was putting on my sons coat, the Dr walked in. I wish more than anything that I had just kept walking. He spoke to me about my eczema for all of 4 mins and then sent me on my way. The entire experience from start to finish was completely ridiculous! The receptionist was completely incapable of even making an appointment, let alone offering good customer service. I am beyond disappointed through this entire experience. I received a phone call over a month after my appointment stating that they were trying to get with my insurance over my prescriptions, which they never did. They never followed through with any of the things they said that they were going to. I was also supposed to receive a call from them to schedule a follow up appointment. Surprise...no call from them! No matter, I would NEVER go back there again, and I'm hoping that this review will stop anyone who is thinking of going to this office. Finally, I received my 1ST bill from them in the mail on 12/28/2011 and less than a month later, they sent me to collections. I was told that they were going to get with my insurance and they would bill me accordingly. Not only did they not communicate with me that my insurance wasn't going to cover this bill, but they also sent me to collections less than 1 month after I received my bill!!! I have NEVER been so utterly disgusted with a service that I've received. In this case, lack of service! Go ANYWHERE but here if you are looking for a good Dermatologist. Terrible service, lack of care for their patients and complete disregard for how valuable your time is. You will be wishing you never stepped foot into this place, as I am today. Not to mention, I was charged nearly $400.00 for the 4 mins I spent with the Dr. Wow, who knew that a Dermatologist made $100.00 an hour for doing absolutely nothing. I'm in the wrong profession! I hope if you have skin problems that you find an answer to your discomfort. I certainly did not with this Dr. Even the $40 script that he prescribed didn't do anything for me. Just like the unfortunate service that I received. Save yourself a lot of time and money and go anywhere else but here!!!!
