Triangle Orthopaedic Associates

I was referred to Triangle Orthopedics by my primary physician. I found the check-in and support staff great as well as the X-Ray Techs, however at my first visit I was treated by a Physician's Assistant and not a Doctor. The results of this first visit offered no pain relief or help = No sleep for a month. I called and made a second appointment this time I made sure to ask to see a "Doctor" this visit, which was one day ago. This visit was worse that the first, the Doctor was very vague in his very minimal explanation of why after one of following the "PA's instructions and treatment that I had no relief. He prescribed another round of Steroids as before and said if that didn't help perhaps I should schedule an appointment with another Doctor. I asked "another doctor"? Do you mean Triangle Orthopedics cannot handle a neck and arm injury from a fall? He acted as though he could careless as long as I paid the $50.00 Copy on the way in and they could charge the insurance company for the rest. What a jackass. The impression I have of this facility based on two visits is that they are much more concerned with rushing people in and out of the office, rather that treating the patient. It reminded me of an automotive type "Quick Lube" mentality; (rush them in and rush them out). I do not recommend this place.
