I have finally scheduled service on 10/30/2015 3 pm to take care recall safety issue per manufacturer notice sent out. Upon reaching the service center the service technician indicated that they do not have part and asked me come later once I receive an updated recall notice from the manufacturer. Before scheduling called every week and requested to reschedule thrice and every time when I called the purpose of the visit is to take care recall safety issue for Mazda 6 2005 and they confirmed that we will take care no problem and no one indicated that the part is not available. Prior to this service I visited in April 2015 for routine maintenance and requested to take care the recall safety issue and the service specialist said as the part was not available and asked me to come later. All the time I am asked to come later as part was not available. I want to let you know all that before scheduling the service, please make sure your request will be taken care when you arrive rather disappointed and wasting your time.

Crooked Pre Owned Dealership

I was not even given a chance as they didn't even show me anything and said that I had to put down $1000 . I am totally disappointed in there service and would not recommend this place to anyone trying to purchase a car , even if they had $1000 dollars. They made me wait for hours and it was upsetting and frustrating as I was tired of waiting . I will never purchase a car from this dealership at all!!!! :(

Dont go and buy your next car without checking with the great poeple at Sport Durst. I know buying a car can be a lot of hassle but the salesmen at Sport Durst really want to make you feel comfortable. I never once felt like some number but an actaull customer. When a business treats you like that, it means a alot to me. I would recommend them to my freinds and family.

I went to Sport Durst after seeing one of their infamous TV infomercials on a Saturday morning. They snagged me with the guarantee that they could get me in a new vehicle regardless of what your past credit history may be. I dealt with Will, and he was awesome. He made sure that I was comfortable and answered all of my questions as this was my first time buying a vehicle. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past, and they were all very friendly in the beginning until they pulled my credit history, then they handed me right out the door. Not here, they made sure that I got the best deal possible and walked me through step by step with the financing. I am extremely satisfied with my new vehicle, and will definitely be buying my next car from here.

Had a wonderful experience at Sport Durst on 8/24/12. The salesman, Tim Purgason was more than helpful. I was in and out within a couple of hours which is unusual for a car dealership. Also, Edgar is the MAN! Great service! The whole team was amazing! Will continue to be a loyal customer!!!!!!!!!

My experience was wonderful! I was watching their commercial one morning and called in with a few questions pertaining to their unbelievable programs, Annalee was a great help explaining and setting me up with an appointment to come out to Sport Durst. CUSTOMERS REALLY DO COME FIRST AT SPORT DURST!!

Do Not Waste Your Time!!!!!!!!

Where do I begin!?! Oh yeah, DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have to at least give them one star :(



I made an appointment online to get my car serviced because I didn't have the time to go to my usual dealership who does WONDERFUL SERVICE. They quickly responded to my request and I was able to get an appointment for the day that I requested. After they serviced my car in a timely manner, the associate approached me and stated that I needed new brakes "IMMEDIATELY". Being optimistic about taking my car to a new place, I informed him that I would need to check my schedule and give them a call back. He stated it was okay and I could just call the service number and I could either ask for him or just setup an appointment. I should have listened to my gut instinct and went to my normal dealership!



The next day, I called the service department 3 TIMES and no one answered!! Beginning to become frustrated, I decided to email the associate that I had been in communication with previously and see if he could help. He emailed me back stating "I had an appointment scheduled for you, but I have changed it ...... as requested.". CONFUSED......because I never gave him a date for an appointment and also b/c he never gave me a time. I decided to call myself! after being transferred 3 times( obviously the front desk phone attendant was having a bad day) I finally got another phone attendant who was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. After giving her my name THREE TIMES AND SPELLING IT FOR HER she finally "found me in the system". I gave her the time I would like to come to get my car serviced and she put it in the system! THE END! NO THE NIGHTMARE WAS JUST BEGINNING!



Everyday since then, a phone a attendant and car sales man has been calling me from Sports Durst to either sell me cars or to try and set up an appointment for which I have already done! I finally called them back and asked that they stop calling me unless it pertains to my appointment which was scheduled for the next day! Again I encountered an UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY PERSNICKETY phone attendant who "could not find me in system" after I gave her name numerous times AGAIN! (What ever happened to good customer service?) She finally found me and stated "Oh, See you Tomorrow"......



The day of my appointment I had my husband drop my car off an HOUR EARLY, so that it could be in the line and he was told that it should take about a hour no longer than a hour and half. Boy, were we wrong! AFTER RETURNING 4 HOURS LATER BECAUSE HE NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL ABOUT THE CAR BEING DONE, he was told that they changed the brakes but when the mechanic test drove them (maybe he went to go and get something eat with my car) they didn't sound right so he had to take them off and redo them. Now, I am not the brightest, just a librarian :) but I have never heard that before! So now as I am typing this another hour has gone by and my poor husband is still sitting in there lobby waiting for my car!!!! ......OH YEAH, and now the story is their rotation machine broke and they are waiting for a mechanic to fix it! So which story is it? I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN, IN FACT I AM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TOMORROW BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DESERVE AN A+!!!!!!!

I just left Sport Durst Automotive with my new Mazda and I am thrilled. I bought a Mazda there when they were Millennium Automotive and the service was good. However they now have an all new sales and management team and the service was off the chain great. My sales person gave one of the most extensive sales presentations I have ever experienced. They created what I call thye WOW factor. I'll refer everyone I know!
