Not the greatest customer service. I find that when I go there I am "bothering" them. They don't really care if you need help or not. Not sure how they have been there so long.

This company is terrible to do business with. The lady on the phone is rude and very unprofessional. The guys came out to repair our cooler and only fixed half of it and tried to charge more money then the quote. I tried to call them to straighten out the situation and they never called me back. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they over-priced their services and their quality of work is poor.
