Carolina Plumbing Supply Inc

This company was a joke... didn't even get past the appointment confirmation. This was a company designated through my home warranty company, and is 45 mins away which was already bad. I scheduled an appointment, and the afternoon before they called to tell me the tech had a family emergency and needed to be off the next day. They could work me in but my appointment time would change. I scheduled my whole day already around this appointment as we were on vacation starting the next day. So I rescheduled for the next week. Then, AGAIN, the day before the appointment they called and gave me the same excuse again for a reschedule!!! Really? How many family emergencies can there be in 1 week? So I told them to cancel and I called my warranty company to get a new plumber. Then, within 10 minutes Carolina Plumbing called back and said they found a tech that could come at the original scheduled time! What? Why couldn't this be done before you called me originally. I told them, too little too late... What a disappointment.
