A small hospital, but the hearts of the employees are huge! To the person that said this hospital sucks, go to TMC or WNJ. That is where corruption, dangerously incompetent staff in many areas and as immoral as can be. WNJ has good staff, and great top management. But several of the mid level managers and directors of critical care areas are so insecure, that the nurses with potential aren't allowed to give the extra effort. But WNJ will be gone soon, new hospital will destroy them. So all that to come back to this; MCSO is the most caring and patient success driven hospital in the area

worst place to work...bad mattered people!!

The doctors and nursing staff were absolutely wonderful during this most difficult time. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and that our mother recieved the best care and compassion. She was given strickly ordered comfort for her last few days and the compassion and care was more appreciated and heartfelt by the family.
