Customer service is obviously ...

Customer service is obviously not their priority. I found them through Groupon and needed my chimney cleaned and inspected, so I thought it was a good deal. Come the day of the appointment, and they show up 2 hours late without a courtesy call! I had to call and check when they'd be there, as my fiance was waiting at the house for them. The lady who answered had no idea where my technician was, and it took about 20 minutes for her to locate him and call me back. They did an okay job once they showed up, I guess, although I haven't checked/can't check. While they were there, we asked about a crack in the fireplace. The serviceman suggested we get a steel plate installed (would run us $250!) and we'd have to make a separate appointment. Made an appointment, and the day of (an hour into the 2-hour appointment window), they called to say they would be another 3 hours. I had to cancel, as my brother was housesitting for us and couldn't stick around that long. Rescheduled, and 30 minutes before my appointment time, they called to say they had to cancel because someone quit and someone else was on vacation. So why did they wait until 30 minutes before my 3 PM appointment to call??? Overall, I am not impressed at ALL with this company and would not suggest them to ANYONE!! Horrible customer service!!
