Coastal State Glass

Recently had a patio door replaced which took two months to get.Called and told them the screen door would not shut properly.The installer said I was wrong but would come out and look at it.Nobody showed up.There's a half inch gap between top and bottom.The caulking around the interior and exterior looks like it was done by a two year old.Iwould strongly recommend not to use this company.

Responding to Ariel B. I remember this customer. They brought in homemade patterns and there was some confusion about it. We did not not cut it properly the first time, we did it again at no charge. One of the owners who never works in the office did not know where there paperwork was but he found it. We apologized. Occassionally in life things don't go exactly as planned. We have a great customer base. We are honest people and try to do right by everyone. The sadness in all of this, is that someone would be so upset over something so small that they had to go online and tell the world about it instead of discussing it with us. We would love another opportunity for Ariel B. to join the hundreds of other happy customers at our shop and give us another chance. We are not perfect here but we do do try to do the best that can. I have had excellent service here. Their glass cutting is very accurate, dimensionally; and they even replaced a piece I broke, and it was clearly my fault. Their space is cramped and busy, but they have always been courteous and prompt in filling my orders. I have no reason to look further. Just remember to bring your receipt when picking up a prepaid order.

Months ago I used this company to cut numerous pieces of glass for me. They were not ready when they said they would be, the gentleman owner couldn't find the paperwork and was confused where the product was after I was told they were ready. When needed about 5-6 more pieces of glass cut recently. My family and I decided to give this business another chance since we like to support local businesses in the community. After our experience this time, we would never recommend this company to anyone. The work was not good...the measurements of the glass were not correct...when we finally actually got the product. The owners (who are the only employees) were not organized...they told us the order was ready...when we drove there and they knew the hour we were coming...they closed an hour early. We were lied to consistently on the phone regarding the order. They were rude, unprofessional and unorganized. I would not suggest anyone to use this local company unfortunately.

We have given this business numerous opportunities to actually provide customer service. We have went there a few times and I would never recommend them to anyone. They are unorganized and do not provide customer service what so ever. It's unfortunate because I would like to support local businesses but this particular one is not one that is worth it. Poor quality work.
