        Overall

        We recently had an issue with our lights flickering. I called the company to come out and give us an estimate on a box upgrade (we figured we didn't have enough juice). The electrician went out and checked our power pole and discovered it wasn't our box (even though it does need an upgrade) that the powerline was damaged. The power company came out and fixed the probelm. We weren't charged anything for the visit even though the problem wasn't related to the issue they came for. The electrician was very nice and even took time to look at my 3 year old sons new toy he got for Christmas and chat with him a minute.
