Only giving one star because I have to
Something is very off at the Tyler Dental. I went in for a teeth cleaning and a filling and a bridge later I finally had my teeth cleaned. The bridge work was unbearable, painful and not even completed as the dentist says he cannot get the temp off to use the permanent cement. I had a filling done then a piece fell out and had to go in for a redo. Come to find out when they did the redo they filled another tooth as well without my knowledge. I only found out(I honestly couldn't tell what they were doing when they did the redo because I was extremely numb) because I owe 32 more dollars(after insurance). The office is supposed to be looking into this matter but I don't trust I'll get any answers. I will never return to this dentist. Do so at your own risk. I'm now dealing with incomplete work and a filling I'm sure I didn't need and was never consulted about!!

I've had very good experiences at Dr. Tyler's office. Both doctors are very nice and most of all patient with me. I had a few bad experiences with other offices and due to my anxiety from that I sometimes need a little extra time with certain appointments and the doctors and staff are always willing to go the extra to make my visits as comfortable as possible. Thanks to all the staff for this. I now look forward to my visits knowing I'm being taken care of by a very experienced team.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Honestly the most incompetent dentist office I have ever been to. The doctor was sarcastic and did not do a full cleaning. The woman who flossed my teeth after the cleaning did not even finish flossing my bottom row of teeth. I was disappointed and offended by this practice and will not be returning.

I have been going to tyler dental for over two years now and only been seen twice. They never run on time and are always behind. My wife has had to leave several appointments because they were so far behind. The worst part is they just let you sit there and don't say a word to you Un till an hour goes by past your appointment and you start complaining. I find that to be very unprofessional. I understand things happen and once in awhile you run behind but ever signal time is a little crazy to me. I will not be returning to tyler dental ever nor will my family.

Overall

Although the male dentist and the staff at the front desk were extremely personable, I will not be returning to this dental office in the future. I scheduled my first appointment as an xray checkup and cleaning, only to find out once I was already there that they will not do both during one appointment, and I had to go back in for a second appointment for the actual cleaning. What?! You're lucky to get people to go to the dentist twice a year, but now you want them to go twice for an appointment that should be one?! When I did finally go in for the cleaning a week later, the girl spent about 3 minutes doing a "deep clean"...and it hurt! I know it can sometimes get uncomfortable, but does it really need to HURT?! Not only did I leave feeling like I could have cleaned my teeth better at home, but I was actually sore. Forget it, I'll go somewhere else.
