Zaggia Electric

I came home from vacation and I realized that the AC, the Boiler, the stove and dryer do not work but the rest of devices in my home are working. I called this business and I talked with a person, I did not realized if it was the owner, but I was told to check first with Duke Energy prior to schedule an appointment with them. He said that he does not want to come to my home and charge me for the troubleshotting and in the end to realize that it is Duke's problem. I called Duke and they sent a technician who discovered that it was in fact a problem with their ground lines. I want to THANK to the ZAGGIA ELECTRIC for their friendly talk and advice. I was also called by another electrician who wanted to schedule an appointment to come and take a look at my problem and I have told him the same story as to the ZAGGIA ELECTRIC and he did not advised me to call Duke first, and now when I look back, I am sure that he knew where the problem was so I want to take this opportunity to honestly and sincerely THANK to the ZAGGIA ELECTRIC for their profesional and friendly advice.... THANK YOU AGAIN... I will recommend you to everyone I will meet that is looking for an electrical job. If I remember well the person I talked with was PETE, so thank you very much for your help. You are awesome...
