My Co worker referred me to these guys and I am very pleased that I went to them first. I recently bought my Honda Odyssey at a great price with very affordable payments. My wife and I were searching for quite a while and got a great deal on our van. The staff is very professional friendly and cool and they made the entire experience very easy and stress free. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will be referring as many people as possible to these guys.

This place is awful never purchase a vehicle there, they buy these used cars at auctions and then pay someone to pass them for inspection, my sister bought a car there in july 2015,she had issues from the get go, she finally took it to a reputable inspection station by request of her lawyer, there was so much wrong with it, there is no way this car should have passed, and they refuse to own up to their screw up and lies, I think WBAL on your side needs to hear about this, these people need to be out of business, they took advantage of her, and I for one will make sure their name is out there!

I'm ready for this review. After months of EXTENSIVE research/self investigation/speaking to attorneys; I now have A LOT of insight into the 'USED CAR' buying and about this particular dealership. Please stay tuned as this will come in several segments over the next 2 weeks but the most important message I can tell you right now with the upcoming holiday and people wanting to purchase an affordable vehicle for Christmas: DO NOT BUY FROM EAST COAST IF YOU VALUE THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY. It's scrap metal they sell you and it will end up in the salvage yard with a huge hole in your pocket..My name IS NOT anonymousssssss, ; it's DONNA

My experience at eastcoast auto sales and service was an excellent one :) This is my first lease with this business. bennie was very helpful and got me through the process quickly. I plan to be back for my second lease in another three years or so!

I recently purchased my Daughters first car from these guys and we have been very pleased with the entire experience. Great staff, great atmosphere and very excellent professional service. Not to mention we were given a very good deal on my daughters Toyota Corolla. They really went above and beyond to make our experience a very easy satisfying process. Very easy going, friendly, and honest gentleman. My family and I just want to thank you guys again and we wish you all much success in the Future. These guys are AWESOME!!!! I've been shopping around on autotrader online. East Coast beat everyone's price within reasonable distance. HAPPY about the Honda I purchased being almost $2000 under retail value! The same vehicle down the street off north point I would've been upside down in. East coast had me with my money down an after financing for 2 years,the car is still under retail value on Kelly blue book and Im not upside down in it!!!! THANK YOU East Coast Team,the car is RUNNING GREAT my friends/family LOVE it. I've never been treated so GOOD when buying a used car! The owners even personally took time to thank me. The office Inside was NICE and CLEAN compared to other places I was looking. I'm sending everyone I know to East Coast from now on! They even detailed my girlfriends car last Saturday for $20 under what she normally pays. I can't say enough EAST COAST YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!

Do not ever ever go buy a car at EASTCOAST AUTO SALES!!!!! When you are dealing with them just know that most of everything they are saying is a lie any one of them that work there. I didnt even get home b4 the 1st problem i had with my car and they never fixed it and stop answering my phone calls and never returned them
