Think it's seriously unfair when crazy parents exaggerate what's going on. I've seen how courteous and professional the Dentist's were to my kids and at this level of affordability? I had a great experience and they went out of their way to provide services beyond their scope. Thanks!

My daughter and son had their first dentist appt on 1/25/19. My son had a cap over one of his teeth that was put in 6mnths ago and it was loose I couldn't understand why it was loose she said that if I wanted it fixed I would have to go back to the other dentist the one who did it so my son started to cry she then said to me " see that's why you don't talk in front of the kids he is too old to be crying" then she walked out of the room the nurse that was in the room with us was so sweet she showed us why the cap was loose the tooth under that tooth was trying to come out and was pushing it out. She also finished taking GREAT care of my son. When we left my daughter that was in another room knew EVERYTHING that happened in my son's room before I even told her she said that the dentist went into her room and was talking about is to a nurse that was talking care of my daughter the dentist said " it's to early for all this that little boy is way too old to be acting like a cry baby" and she just kept going on I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT OFFICE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE OTHER OFFICES ARE LIKE BUT THAT ONE I REALLY SUGGEST YOU GO SOME WERE ELSE

Es la clinica mas nefasta que e visto, el servicio es pésimo. Considero que deven de entrenar mejor a las recepcionistas y trabajadores muy poco profecionalismo.

Bad customer service, i asked for water for my daughter and they suggested me to get it out of the sink. Then she decided to bring out a bucket of water and decided to drink it in front of us even though i had already asked for some for my 3 year old daughter. When she heard me saying that they had no kind of courtesy and no kind of humbleness she started talking back to me as well. As a worker here she should’ve just stood quiet and is not suppose to argue back with a customer . Honesty the worst clinic i been too and had no water to offer the customers. Not only that but she still had the audacity to say that it was not her fault that the kids are playing in here and that they are thirsty... like honestly no type of customer service here
