Wow! Dr. Dan Bishop and his staff Lisa and Carol are amazing! Thanks for getting this working mom of 4 back to herself. I honestly can't thank you enough!

Dan Bishop and his assistant- Lisa need to practice bedside manners! Not once did either one of them greet me (by my name no less), nor did they try to learn it. Only one person said my name-Lorena. She was really sweet and nice. Carol was also a sweetheart as well- great sense of humor she has. Lorena asked me how to pronounce my name, and she actually tried to have a conversation with me. Dan Bishop was just in a hurry- going from patient to patient. He treated me as if I was just another person in his chair (another cha-ching), and he was not sympathetic at all at the fact that I couldn't open my mouth too wide due to medical conditions. He did not make me feel comfortable at all whatsoever. His attitude was so standoff-ish, and he seemed extremely annoyed at my limited opening ability. Also, I sat in the chair for at least an HOUR before the procedure even began! They were running behind, but only by "15" according to the receptionist. Not a good way to start an appointment off, lying to the customer like that. 45 min into my wait, Dan Bishop came into the room, introduced himself, and left to attend to other patients, before I could even say anything. Lisa is a sad excuse for a dental assistant. She can't even take a damn x-ray correctly. She also is bad at keeping excess saliva out of one's mouth. I was an up-front paying customer- paid $,1500 for my procedure! So I was expecting he best customer service. I heard this place was good through a relative, but I sure as heck wouldn't recommend anyone to have a procedure done at Metroplex Endodontics in Duncanville, Texas.

I've had two previous appointments - one in March, 2009 with Dr. Dan Bishop for a broken tooth root and the second with Dr. Karla Bishop in Dec. 2010 for a root canal. Both procedures were performed with the highest quality care using modern equipments - superbly professional. Likewise the business office staff were friendly and helpful. My bills were entirely appropiate, more than fair for the procedures and clearly understood before treatments. Also, several methods of payment were available to me including various credit cards and even an easy no-interest payment plan. I would give them 6 stars if I could and I would recommend either of them to my best friends and family.
