I called this garage to tow my van after it had broken down on me. They were nice enough about towing it, even picked my keys up since I had no way to get them to them. I waited till the next day when they finally called me and informed me that it was in all likelihood a blown head gasket based on what I had told him but he would need to investigate further and would get back to me. I went all weekend not knowing what was going on and when I finally spoke with him he confirmed it and said it be $1,100 to repair and if the head was cracked it would be $1,400. I told him I didnt have that kind of money so he offered me $200 for the van. I turned it down, went and paid him the towing fee and drove it off the lot and down the street. Thinking it couldnt be repaired I sold it to a friend who wanted to tinker around with it and see if he could get it running. After he took it home he and his brother got to looking at it and found that the problem was NOT a head gasket but only a broken water hose and 3 spark plugs that needed replaced. He fixed those things and says it runs like a new van. It really upsets me that just because I am a woman he would take advantage of me like that. Not only was it a simple, inexpensive fix I sold it for way cheaper than could have and I had just paid it off 2 months ago. I also had to go in debt and purchase a new car. It just makes me wonder how many other people they screw every day. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I have told everyone to steer clear. They are rip ofd artists.

The first reaction I had with these people was over the phone and they were incredibly rude to me. My husband took my car there for an inspection sticker and they were even more rude to him calling him crude names when they thought he couldn't hear him. I will never go back to this place and would suggest you stay away too. The worst, most impolite people I've ever met.
