I was stranded with a broken U-Haul Trailer in the middle of the night. Chris not only came to fix my problem, but discovered that I needed a replacement trailer. He negotiated with U-Haul to get me a new one (at 2:00 AM), retrieved the replacement trailer and brought it to me. We then discovered two different electrical problems that the trailer incident had caused, and he fixed them both. He took the old trailer to be repaired. I could not have asked for better service, nor a better negotiator with U-Haul. Professional, patient, pleasant, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, willing to go above and beyond to make me satisfied ... He was fantastic in every way.
