Bill Bickel Chimney Sweep

On 2/20/2020 the owner and 2 workers came to clean the chimney, turns out a squirrel was nesting in the chimney, he charged an additional $160.00 and promised to remove the squirrel and the nest. the work was begun by opening the flue in the basement, while cleaning the flue the squirrel came through the opening and disappeared in my basement. Animal control was contacted at a cost of $75.00 and set a humane trap, it has been over 3 days and the squirrel is still at large somewhere in my house, after complaining to the workers ( The owner was nowhere to be seen) about the squirrel, they took $75.00 off the bill so I could pay animal control. I have no complaints about the actual cleaning but there definitely was no planning or professionalism in removing the animal. If you just need a cleaning then they are fine, but if an animal needs to be removed from your chimney consider a different company.

Bill Bickel is a scammer!!!! He puts dead squirrels in your chimney just so he can charge you for removal!!! He's a real piece of work!!! I want everyone to know he is an evil person......
