Dr. Suresh Sharoff (formerly known as Suri R. Suresh, MD) joined Family Allergy & Asthma after 18 years as a board-certified allergist in the Columbus area. He completed his fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Sharoff is a graduate of the Government Medical College Mysore in Mysore, India. He then completed his residency and internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Louisville before going on to his fellowship. He is board certified in Allergy & Immunology and internal medicine and regularly participates in continuing medical education to keep up to date with the latest advances in allergy and asthma treatment. With over twenty years’ experience in clinical practice, Dr. Suri, as his patients call him, is experienced in caring for both children and adults with a variety of allergic disorders, including asthma, allergic and non-allergic rhinitis, food allergies, headaches, eczema, urticarial (hives) and other skin disorders. He is dedicated to accurately diagnosing allergic disorders and working with families to create personalized treatment protocols customized to their needs. Dr. Suresh is involved in Community Health Awareness programs and is interested in educating patients to empower them in managing their conditions as well as increasing awareness of asthma in the community. He also works on staff at Mount Carmel Hospital, Ohio Health System, and Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
