Apartment is adequate if you want a roof over your head. Tenant mix were students and middle-aged. Responded timely to service calls but picked and chose what need to be fixed- one burner on the electric stove could not hold anything heavier than a frying pan and was broken when I moved in and the same when I moved out- the workman told me to dealt with it since I had 3 other working burners. On the other hand they replaced my AC with a brand new unit on first service call. I had to argue with the main office to get 65% of my security deposit after they only sent me 20% even though I cleaned the apartment and scrubbed the oven I never used. I would have given them more stars if it were not for that fact.On a busy day during evening rush you wait to get out of the driveways
