Veracity Networks

I have had this service for the last few years-I kept thinking it would get better. It hasn't. We have only had service for maybe 2/3rds the time. Our phone lives me never works & the wifi works sometimes. We have to continually reset everything. It has been off for the past few days & they won't even come fix it for another 5 days. Therefore I have to continue to pay for a service I don't get & also an expensive phone bill from us having to use all of our phone data. I would not recommend this service. It continues to disappoint over & over.

Have been quick to resolve problems. Streaming shows sometimes results in jerky video even though we upgraded our speed -hope the newest upgrade will resolve this issue.

I'm having trouble with Caller ID and the representative is being very proactive in getting this resolved. She opened a ticket and called me back a few hours later letting me know a change had been made. We tested but it's still not updating. She opened another ticket and said she would call back tomorrow morning with an update and hopefully testing.

My experience on the phone today was great. My phone service however is not so great. I have never been able to get any of my message. It could be user error but I don't know!

We were getting at least three to four calls a day from tenants about slow internet, since we switched to veracity, I have actually had people come to our offices to tell me how great the new internet is. That is a first for us!

Called to upgrade credit card information. Nick was very helpful and courteous. Good job!

Great to work with, very responsive when problems come up.

The service end of things has been frustrating at times with random outages and interruptions, but the Veracity staff are amazing to work with. Our account manager, Matthew is absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond to help us in every way.
