        A graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, Todd Barfuss’ practice is focused primarily in the areas of real property law, family law, and general civil litigation.         Professionalism

        The most unprofessional attorney I've ever dealt with. You don't want this attorney, who made nothing but excuses for his lack of professionalism. There are good attorney's out there. Believe me, based on my one-year experience with him, Todd Barfuss isn't one of them.

        Why I would go back

        I have known Todd Barfuss for many years. To use him as an attorney was an easy choice. He is honest in his dealings and a man of integrity. As he progressed through his undergraduate and law school studies I was impressed with his dedication and hard work while also raising a family and serving in the community. His office is friendly, professional and presents a comfortable atmosphere. I have trusted his counsel and advice on the legal issues I have taken to him and have not been disappointed. He is an attorney with excellent skills that get results.

        Well informed and thorough!

        Todd has been there whenever I need him and was on top of my case the whole way thru. He always had time to talk to me and let me know what was happening and what talked me thru all my options to help me make the best choice of directions to go. This is a person who goes out of his way and the extra mile to make sure things work out the best way they can in your favor. Todd and his partners are the best.
