I am more than impressed with the results that Roland Milliard got for me. I was dealing with a contractor that was not responsive to my communications regarding issues with the job he was contracted for. I had contacted the contractor on numerous occasions with no response. I contacted Roland on a and he responded immediately. We discussed what I needed to provide him so that he could serve the contractor with a demand letter. Roland had the demand letter in the mail the next day. Within 2 weeks I had my settlement check in hand. If it wasn't for Roland I would have received zero compensation from the contractor.
