Swedish Massage
It depends on where you are in your pregnancy. After discussing your situation, your therapist might recommend specialties like Reflexology, Swedish massage, or other techniques to meet your individual needs — and those of your baby.
Deep Tissue Massage
Unlike traditional saunas, which operate at extremely harsh temperatures, infrared is a gentle, soothing, and therapeutic heat that promotes relaxation and improved sleep. Full Body Massage
During a full body massage, we will work your back, shoulders, hips/glutes (through the sheet), and legs. You will then turn over on the table, under the sheet, so we can work the front of the legs, feet, hands, arms, shoulders, neck, head, and face. We undrape only the area we are working at the time. All glute work will be completed through the sheet.

This facial is performed by a Certified Oncology Esthetician with the knowledge and gentle touch to treat the most sensitive clients. The Oncology Facial includes a double gentle cleanse, a customized mask for the clients utmost benefit and relaxing properties for 10 minutes. A light upper body, neck and facial massage is also performed. Lastly, finishing products geared toward your skin’s needs are then applied, sending you off relaxed and refreshed.

I identify areas of misalignment causing nerve interference (termed subluxation) in the spine and other areas using muscle testing. Muscle testing allows me to go beyond what appears to be the surface problem. Through muscle testing, I am able to get to a deeper understanding of complex patterns.”
Manipulation Therapy
When trapped proteins (not to be confused with nutrient proteins) release their bond, the stagnate lymph is liberated and will flow out into its normal filtration and reabsorption channels. Makeup
Since our facials are designed to work on your skin from the neck up, you are to do nothing; we do it all. Cosmetics can be reapplied after the service; feel free to bring them with you, or ask about our make-up application services. Men should shave 12 hours before, if possible, unless bearded. Other than these few easy steps, simply be ready to relax and enjoy yourself in our private, comfortable facial room.
Eyebrow Threading
Threading is a method of hair removal originating in India and Central Asia. In more recent times, it has gained popularity in Western countries, especially with a cosmetic application (particularly for removing/shaping eyebrows). In threading, a thin cotton or polyester thread is doubled, then twisted. It is then rolled over areas of unwanted hair, plucking the hair at the follicle level. Unlike tweezing, where single hairs are pulled out one at a time, threading can remove short rows of hair. Many people prefer eyebrow threading over waxing because threading allows for a more defined and precise shape, and can create better definition for eyebrows. It is also gentler on the skin, and is ideal for those with sensitive skin, or those using Retinol or Accutane products.
