Doylestown Air

We made an appointment on a Tuesday for a Wed AM service call. I took off work to meet with them. The service man showed up an hour and a half late and couldn't fix the problem at that time. He told me he'd stop back at 6pm and would call first - he never called. The net day my wife called them and they said they could be at our house around 2pm on FRIDAY. she left work early to meet with them. Later, the service guy called and sai he'd be here around 4-6pm. At 6pm I called their office. The man that answered said he saw that nobody come today and he would come by after a Doyletown call. He never came.Thank you Doylestown Air for putting us off for 4 days while my 8 month pregant wife is cooking in the humidity of our house. We are now out of luck on a Friday Evening with no hope of service until Monday. Thanks Alot.
