From day one I have been completely disgusted with the work he attempted on my case. His lack of professionalism specifically in returning emails, phones calls, being available to us and also questionable knowledge of real estate law are the primary reason for his firing. To this date we have paid him $1,200 for basically nothing of value in return from my point of view. I still question where he justifies his inflated $300 an hour fee. For that price he should be a lot easier to communicate with and get a hold of. All he has done for us was copy and paste a few legal codes in emails to use and offer basic forms that I could easily get myself. I have done basically all the work so far in this case preparation against the defendant including all the code research. I basically served everything to him in prep on a silver platter to handle. I should have billed him. The only thing I am unable to do is force him to return a call or email in a timely manner. I personally view him and his practice as a win/lose, low grade dime store chop shop for internet copy and paste legal advice that stays true to the CA stereotype of classic laziness. If you look him up you will see he was suspended by the CA state bar for unethical behavior regarding a former client in 2013. Do your homework on lawyers and I challenge anyone to find anything good about this man. Stay away from the so called "attorney" is my best advice! Better Call Saul is a better option than this turd.
