I was in need of a real estate agent to purchase a property. While driving I came across a property on 83rd Street in Los Angeles with a real estate sign so I took the number down. I called the number and spoke with an agent at the office. I explained that I had I looked up properties online and was interested in seeing if the ones I was interested in were still available. The agent asked me to come into the office (26 miles round trip). He printed out the listing info and asked me to fax over various documents in order to write up an offer the next day, Thurs. Since it was about 3pm on a Wednesday I faxed over requested docs the next day, Thurs. I called the agent's office and left a message AND on his cell phone voicemail also. I waited that Thursday and got no call, waited Friday until 3pm and called the office. I spoke with the broker and explained my situation and that I was concerned because I had no idea who had my personal documents that I had faxed over and that I needed to be referred to another agent in his office who had time for me. The broker said ok then put me on hold. I waited... then the person who I found myself talking to was the same agent who hadn't even bothered to return my phone call. He said he did not receive my docs and said just a minute while he checked. He comes back to the phone and says "here they are", oh I haven't talked to you since Wed., I said, that's because you haven't returned my phone calls, then he said, now what do you want me to do for you. (Duh! didn't we just discuss that Wed) ----------- UN-FREAKIN-BELIEVEABLE!!!!! So I said let me call you back. I immediately drove over to the office --- another (26 miles roundtrip). This time I asked for the broker in order to get my personal documents back. The floor manager was sent out and I explained my situation AGAIN. The floor manager went and got my documents, apologized and returned them to me and asked if another agent could help me. I said NO THANKS and that it would have been nice if I had been told before my first drive out that the agent was not willing to, not able to or whatever the reason, to help me.

DO NOT GO TO ---- Realty World Capero!!!!!!! They are the WORST!!!!!
