I'm a 42 yr.young single father and I've been in Georgia since 07/09. I have a 24 month old son who I don't get to see as much as I'd like,in other words, the place is kid friendly. Though I'm an employee of the grocery industry I am also an entrepreneur currently working on a few projects so I stay quite busy.The house is Beautiful and located in a Safe community that's Convenient with quick access to I-20. I seldom have overnight guests but it doesn't bother me if my roommate does.My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is retail. I do not have any pets but I love animals.I enjoy cooking and appreciate a clean space and would prefer to have someone who'd jump to the idea of equally sharing cooking and cleaning responsibilities instead of me just cooking and cleaning up after some guy-REAL TALK. Pets are fine as long as they are house broken because I have wood floors.I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside/in basement only.My favorite pastime is Creating. I love Music, Movies and Reading. My music goes from Maxwell to Black Crowes. My taste in books: Man's Search For Meaning, The Secret,Think and Grow Rich,Rich Dad Poor Dad,Autobiography of Malcolm X My favorite TV show is Modern Family, Dexter. My favorite film is Pineapple express, Old Boy. $600 mo. rent utilities included, security deposit of $400 and 3 character references needed to move-in,no credit/background check.
