Megan went above and beyond to find a part for my van which ultimately lead to me passing emissions. Megan was very professional, prompt with keeping me in the loop about what was going on with my vehicle. I couldn’t ask for a better performance from this Pep boys. John also did an amazing job with the mechanic work. I will definitely visit this PB again and I suggest you do the same!

Horrible customer service! If you have a complaint they wear their feelings on their sleeves and take it personal. The mechanics lacks integrity. If you allow them to work on your car you there will be a good chance it will have to be redone.

Went in at 8:00 am for a simple rotate and balance......8 hours and two tows back to the shop later...had the vehicle towed home with $600 in damages plus towing fee. When we drove the car to pep boys this morning, it drove fine...after they worked on it 3x times ( 1st time - balance and rotate - 2nd time to fix the balance and rotate they admitted was not properly the first time cause the guy was "new" - 3rd time to discover they messed the brakes up ).....had to have it towed home as it was too unsafe to drive and they refuse to fix their mess. Use at your own peril. They did give us 2 free oil change certificates..as if after today I would trust their "new" guys to know where the oil goes!!!
