Midas Auto Service Experts

It is very unfortunate but my experience with this particular Midas has been less than savory!! After the shop neglected to put oil back in the car after draining it or failed to replace the oil plug appropriately, the engine in our car ceased! Midas owner tried to replace the engine twice but damaged the air conditioner compressor(condenser). The engines that was used to replace the original was supposedly certified salvaged engines, however the owner refuses to show/provide any paperwork to support the condition of the engines and the mileage. This makes it impossible for us to sell the car!

I find it really unfortunate that the owner does not feel as though he needs to do anything else to rectify this situation while we are stuck with a car that does not run properly, does not have working air conditioning and has an oil leak so severe that it has been deemed a fire hazard by a ASE certified mechanic.



How could this situation be made better? Midas, take better care of your clientele, especially when you have messed up!
