Haddle Insurance

I can never get in touch with my agent nor do I have a 24/7 hotline to call . Recently had car troubles and bought a new vehicle and called continuously and left voicemails from 10 am to 4 pm and have heard nothing back . Currently sitting here with a uninsured car and no agent to call . It's ridiculous that I have to go to the office in order to actually speak with my agent . Looking for a new insurance tomorrow . And my roommate's seem to have the same problem with the same agent , they are also switching to progressive .
