Mr. Grimes is Great. He knows his stuff and under-promised and over-delivered. My mower had been sitting in storage for 3-4 years and would no longer start. With Mr. Grimes turn-up service he had it running like new. Saved me from having to buy a new mower. He topped it all off with excellent customer service.

I took my lawnmower in to be repaired. It was a really old lawnmower so I found it to be cheaper to purchase a mower from Mr Grimes. When I went to cut my grass the following day, the lawn mower kept stopping. I called Mr Grimes and explained the situation. Within 2-3 hours, Mr Grimes brought me a new mower with no extra cost. I cut my grass this morning with the new mower and it worked perfectly. It usually takes me 2 hours to do the yard because the lawn mower kept stopping but today it took less than 1 hour. Plus, the new mower is self propelled so it moves forward really easy. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thanks Mr Grimes!!!

Mr. Grimes answered my call, picked up my mower, serviced it and delivered it back to me within the week. He was very friendly and straight-forward. Will do business with him again!!
