I have used this man for about 12 yrs and all was good till this year. My taxes were always basic taxes but this year I had an adoption form to be filed. He filed my taxes, told me I had to mail them because the IRS wouldn't accept the form eletronically. While I was in the office I overheard them telling someone that the Federal forms could NOT be stapled or clipped but when they gave me my forms to mail they were in the envelopes stapled, well I corrected that one and sent them off, when I got my return the IRS didn't accept my adoption deductions and I called Steve to be told the IRS would send me a letter and he would "try" to help me with it. TRY? he filled them out, shouldn't he FIX the problem instead of making it out like he is doing ME a favor, I pay good money so things like this are handled. Well 2 weeks after my deposit was made I haven't gotten any letter and we at the mercy of the IRS since Steve says he can do NOTHING until we receive the letter.
