The Douglasville-Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority, also known as WSA, is an independent agency that offers water and wasterwater management services. Established in 1985 by the Georgia Legislature, the authority serves more than 90,000 residents of Douglas County in Georgia. It provides sanitary sewer services, as well as supports the Toilet Replacement Rebate Program, which is engaged in the replacement of toilets installed in homes before 1994. The Douglasville-Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority is a subdivision of the State of Georgia. The authority also provides a variety of customer support services, as well as undertakes various water projects.
