Premier Urgent Care

Where do I start with this office but to say stay away!!! At first I loved this place. When my family had low level medical issues and our primary care physician was unavailable this place was quite handy. You didn't need to wait in line at the hospital for an infection or a rash. Today my son had a sinus infection and my doctor was out of town so I sent him to Premier Care. He was told that they no longer accept Blue Cross Insurance and he would need to pay $125.00 - what doctor doesn't accept Blue Cross??? So I sent him over to the hosptial where he waited for hours yet he paid zero dollars since we already meant our deductible. Doesn't the parent company understand what their purpose in life is? They are a low level provider for those issues that folks don't want to waste a hospital's time with? The more I think about the times that we used their services - we were simply sent off in an ambulance to a hospital - they couldn't do anything for us. This company needs to revamp themselves. Yes it is great that they can take xrays however if they reveal something bad you are sent to a hospital!!!

This is one of the greatest medical centers I have ever been to! It's clean and convenient and the staff is super-friendly, which is unlike my regular doctor's office. I don't go to the ER anymore with my kids - I save so much time by going to Premier. They're even open on holidays, and the doctors are very knowledgeable (and also skilled at putting in stitches!). I can't say enough great things about this place. Apparently, they have another one in Oaks with the same staff. I'm sure I'll go there also! This urgent care center has been a godsend to me and a bunch of my friends. If you're ever sick or injured, do yourself a favor and go there - you'll be in and out within an hour! It's almost hard to believe that a medical facility can be this spectacular.
