Uphams Corner Health Center, located in Dorchester, Mass., is a nonprofit organization providing comprehensive, personalized and continuous health services. It offers a variety of medical care services, including family medicine, pediatrics, adult medicine, family planning, midwifery, prenatal care, laboratory, podiatry, dermatology, eye care and adult day health. It offers in-house services to senior citizens, disabled adults, pregnant women and infants. Its services include nursing and physician care, home health aids and therapies, such as occupational, physical and speech therapy. Upham's Corner Health Center provides nutrition programs, including nutrition counseling and education, health promotion, smoking cessation and asthma management. Additionally, the center offers teen services and the public cancer screenings.
