Really good Service and friendly staff. And way cheaper than other stores!!! A friend of mine recommend it to me and I wasn't sure until I went there. They also open a Rental Car so they have it all :)

I did a big MISTAKE by buying a laptop for them (Tech Group Latin America) through Amazon. When the product finally arrived after 10 days I looked at it and was not satisfied. I tried to make a return like i would in any other stores and online store in America in a 30 days time. When I email a request i received nothing for two days and then when i received the email it was vague, so i called and the lady who picked up on the other end was very rude and inhospitable; she made me hang up twice saying, "Talk to jose" like i would know out of random who jose is. When i talked to jose( the manager) he said if i want to return it i would have to pay for the shipping cost and on top of that they would take of 15% from the price i paid for the laptop just because i opened the seal. How else am i suppose to know without opening the box the you guys sell low-level products. I highly recommend not buying from these goons because their policies are unsatisfactory to the customers, rude employees, and terrible customer service.

I BOUGHT FROM THEM. MY BIGEST MISTAKE OF LAST 10 YEARS.

I ordered 2 SAMSUNG i9082 for $606.00.Thru Amazon, Was sent two cheaper phones. I got promise from them for the same or better phones if I waited a week.

After a week they got an attitude like I'm the one that used the "bait & switch".

Went to Amazon for their famous "easy refund" After complying with shipping @ a cost of $23.10. & 20+ E-MAIL & PHONE CALLS. I GOT $599.98 refund. MORE E-MAIMS & PHONE CALLS. REFUND CHANGED TO $606.

MY COST OF SHIPPING OF $23.10. "SORRY" TOO#$%^^BAD. MY PROBLEM.
