Great sales department poor customer service...
I used them twice but will not use them a third time .
Purchased vertical blinds for entire house.
Installation is done too fast , not giving you enough time to check if they are been properly install..needed to have 2 vertical blinds rotation chain switch to opposite side for easier access and customer rep told me there is a $40.00 charge for gas. So disappointed!! Will not recommend .

5 months after they installed blinds for my window and double doors, the screw that held the bottom part together, came off . Since I was told that the warranty was for 1 year, I called their repair dept. to have somebody come over and fix it. I was told I had to pay $40.00 for transportation even though I live only about 2 miles from their office. At the time that I bought the blinds, somebody came to my house to measure the door and the window, He explained to me that there is a 1-yr. warranty, but neglected to mention the transportation charge. Had I known about this charge, I would not have hired them. I tried to contact the owner, but she was not available. I asked for her to call me, she never did.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY. THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR FIXING SOMETHING THAT THEY DID WRONG. I WAS NOT ABLE TO OPEN A BLIND BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE ALL THE MATERIALS WITH THEM, & THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US AGAIN TO COME OUT TO FIX IT- NOW THE BLACKOUT DOES NOT OPEN ALL THE WAY & THEY WANT TO CHARGE TO COME OUT TO FIX IT. THE INSTALLER NEVER REVISED & WE LEFT THE APARTMENT TRUSTING THAT WHAT HE SAID WAS CORRECT!
NOW THAT WE TRY TO OPEN IT , IT DOESN'T WORK & CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW & THEY WANT TO CHARGE $80 TO COME OUT..
BE AWARE - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!! THEY TRY TO CHARGE FOR ANY LITTLE THING. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL JOKE! THEY HAVE SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, & THEY WANT YOU TO ONLY SPEAK SPANISH, THEY DON’T WANT TO SPEAK ENGLISH, I GUESS BECAUSE NO ONE SPEAKS IT CORRECTLY THERE. THEY'RE INSULTING, DEGRADING & THEY TELL YOU ABSURD THINGS. THEY JUST LOOK TO MAKE MONEY WITH THE ORDER & THEN THEY TREAT YOU HORRIBLE. A PLACE LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE DOING BUSINESS.

Dear Ms. before I get into the details of your complain and concerns please allow me to offer our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience, I assure that we will do all we can to make it right. I will do my best to address the points you make in your complain if I'm missing anything please let me know. re: invoice # 62035 done 4/14/2016. 1-at the time of installation the chain controls ware short for the 2nd floor loft area shades, but we did in fact return to your home immediately to resolve this problem at no charge to you. 2-Four months after the completion of the job you mentioned one of the shades does not open all the way. please know that all your blinds and shades are covered by a one year warranty and we will repair or replace any blind, shade, material, fabrics or components that are found to be defective, this service is at absolutely at no cost to you, however if you prefer not to bring the defective product to us and you want that a technician goes out to your home and pick and then deliver after repair then there is a charge for the visit only, our warranty will cover only defects but not damage caused by the user, please refer to your original invoice where this is clearly stated, also at the time of installation the delivery and installation receipt explains this charge with your signature right above it. in any case our main concern it’s that your situation is resolved this is why our repair department has been working with you towards that goal. it is my understanding that our repair and warranty department has come to an agreement with you and are currently working on the solution, in fact we have already been schedule to return and work at your home. once again please accept my apologies and know that we will fix any and all remaining issues as agreed. Ps: our staff is fully bi-lingual

Jamas comprar en esta compania cortinas,al principio todo exelente,la intalacion rapida pero despues viene el problema. Me intalaron mis cortinas hace 1 mes y unos dias, una de las cortinas quedo mal intalada o esta defectuosa, cuando la subes ya que son horizontales,no se queda arriba,vino defectuosa y no me habia dado cuenta ya que esta en la parte de la puerta doble que sale al patio que no se usa, por esta razon no me habia percatado. Hace 2 dia me di cuenta y llame a la ofiina, la muchacha que me atendio ,por cierto muy bien pero me dice que tengo que llevar la Cortina yo a sus oficinas o si me mandan un tecnico tengo un cargo,,le explique que no es que se habia roto ya que no se usa esa parte de la Cortina ,le dije que habia venido defectuosa y deben arreglar por eso porque bastante caro que pague por dichas cortinas, simplemente me dijo que la politica de la compania era esa y no habia nada que hacer. Que pena que gasten tanto dinero en publicidad y que el costumer services y la atencion a los clientes que confiaron en esta compania sea tan mala.... O sea ganan el dinero pero no se hacen responsible del trabajo mal hecho.... Que pena !!!!!!!!!.......

al levantar la Cortina horizontal hale el cordel a la derecha esto es lo que hace que se mantenga arriba,, en otras palabras segun la conversacion telefonica se determino que la Cortina no esta defectuosa sino que el usuario no supo operarla correctamente . lo que quicimos explicarle es que nuestra garantia sin dudas cubre todos los defectos pero si le visitamos por algun motivo o asunto que no sea defecto del producto, material o manufactuta entonces en ese caso si existe un cargo por la visita.. en el momento de la istalacion el instalador le explico el funcionamiento, pero con gusto podemos explicarle por telefono como operar la Cortina correctamente , tambien hay videos en youtube los cuales muestran como subir y bajar la horizontal, espero que ya alla descubierto como de lo contrario llamenos aqui estamos para ayudarle.

Uso esta oportunidad para felicitarlos y agradecerles su excelente trabajo, muy en especial a Maria, Marcos, y el instalador. Desde que llame por primera vez, (4/10/2015), hasta finalizar con la entrega e instalacin debo decirles que he quedado muy complacido con sus servicios. Tomando encuenta que soy una perona bien exigente y detallista, debo decir que todo su trabajo fue a la altura de mis exigencias. La instalacion de blinds de toda la casa, fue hecha en la residencia que tenemos para la renta. Sin temor a equivocarme puedo decir que con asociados como ustedes, hacen de Palace Interior La mejor opcion. Gracias Jorge Marrero

Excelente servicio!!!!

Desde que decidi llamar a esta compañía sentí lo que me gusta llamar profecionalismo. El servicio fue excelente desde la atención personalizada que me dieron por teléfono hasta que finalmente mis cortinas quedaron instaladas. Cuando deseen cortinas y buen trato Palace Intetior es su mejor opción.

When Palace Interior sold me their product they told me it has one year warranty and it was completly false. My advice is you better find another company where everything looks clear.

Palace interior offers a one year warranty on all products, to cover all blinds or shades that are found to be defective in material, operation or workmanship, we will repair or replace under this warranty but understandably damage cause by the customer is not covered. warranty is clearly printed on all our invoices. we will do our best to help you with whatever problem you may have with your blinds even if they are not under warranty or warranty has expired. please contact us if you need assistance 305-392-3999
