        Overall

        I have been training at this studio for a little over four years. JC, and his group of trainers, have helped me get back in shape throughout two of my pregancies. In fact, I am in better shape and healthier than ever before. He not only teaches you how to burn fat and tone your muscles, but also how to eat right to stay healthy, instead of dieting. It is a great motivational environment to workout.
