Happy? Horrible. Yo soy abogado en Miami, y NO se los recomiendo a NADIE. Nuestra fiesta de Noche Buena del 12-24-2015, por poco nos la ruinan. Mi hermano y mi hermana tuvieron que salir a Party City, y Home Depot a comprar mesas y manteles porque todo lo hicieron MAL.

This irresponsible company almost ruined our Christmas Eve family gathering. They got the size of the tables wrong, the linens were dirty and wrong size as well, and then had the audacity to deny it.

If you truly want a happy party, don't hire this company.

Ok so i wanted to give them a good review because of the good time the kids did have for the little bit of time it was used but i jst cant give them good reviews. I rented the mickey mouse clubhouse bounce house from 12pm to 5 pm. The guys got there on time well they really got there 2 hours before time but they came back quickly and set up the bounce house. The guest didnt show up til like an hour after the guys left but only 3 kids were there and one was a baby when the thing began to deflate. It became unstable and unsafe for the kids so it was not being used. I called the guys and they came back to fix it mind you that its been 2 hours plus that the thing could not be used but finally it was up and running and the kids enjoyed themselves. Most kids left early cus they had other parties to get to so i called the guys and had them pick it up they came a little after 4pm. When i asked if there could be any form of reinbursment due to it not working they said i had to speak with the manager Christopher. So obviously they are all about money, it started when they got there and asked for the balance and it was more than the balance i was given but he called his boss amd they waived it because it was not the same as the one i was given. Then i began to call the day after the party and no answer i continued to call and no answer til 5 days later finally i contact Christopher. When i told him the issue he pretty much told me theres nothing he can do because the thing malfunctioned. I paid $280 for something that worked for half of the time and was still picked up early. This is completely ridiculous and they dont deserve a good review. I will never reccomend them to anyone and i hope people do research and read those reviews they have bad ones for a reason.

Worst party rental ever!! Liars, scammers an very rude an unprofessional!! Do not recommended them even if they paid me! Nightmare of a place, an the service given by Chris is plain out terrible. Not helpful at all. Should be called the unhappy party rental

Worst rental company ever!!!! Beware they are very "nice" to make your reservation but horrible to help you! They asked for my credit card to keep on file to charge when they delivered the rental equipment. I booked on Saturday. On Monday I called no one answered on Tuesday I called I finally got someone on the phone and told them I needed to make a change to the face painter. They told me that if I canceled her they could not deliver the rental chairs and tables. One thing has nothing to do with another. They told me I would have to pick it up in doral I live in homestead. I told them since they could not comply with the original agreement to deliver I would have to cancel. They didn't care and they charged me $50 on my credit card as a cancellation!!! They never told me about this and they were the ones that did not keep up with their end of the agreement to deliver the stuff I ordered. The worst company ever! Do not waste your time or money! It's fraud if u ask me I never authorized the charge I was never advised I'd be charged and we had no signed agreement and they never kept up their end of the deal!

WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVERRRR!!! THEY CAME HOURS LATE. At one point i was supposed to receive my stuff at 9 am ...never came...then 11am they never came at 1pm they finally came. my party WAS supposed to start at 3pm they finish setting up at 2:30. My party ended up starting super late. The mickey mouse bounce house was wet inside and dingy as ever ANDDDD it kept deflating with kids in it!. The cotton candy machine was dirty with old cotton candy and the plastic piece that is used to make the cotton candy didn't even fit the machine! WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRR! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Happy Party Rental servicing the Miami/Broward areas is more like Party Rental DUMP! I hired them for an event and they were the most irresponsible, rude, unprofessional company there is! The day of the event they not only showed up over an hour late but didn't even bother to give a courtesy call. The inflatable was filthy, dirty and even had someone's old disgusting band aid stuck to it because they obviously don't bother to clean there equipment after each use. I refused to sign the delivery paper work due to Happy Party Rental not fulfilling the agreement but was promised and guaranteed by Chris the attendee that they would "reimburse" me the following business day. Due to being reassured that they were going to take responsibility for there lateness I signed the paperwork. Come the following day everything they promised was thrown out the window. They refused to partially refund me back my money and be anything but helpful. The same attendee Chris mocked me, gave attitude pretended what happened the day of the event didn't happen to cover themselves. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused to transfer my call and tell me too bad there's nothing they can do. Happy Party Rental refused to do the right thing in partially giving my money back for the services that I had paid for and didn't receive. Don't be another conned customer!!!

You can say im a very very picky customer, so i decided to try happy party rental out for my daughter baby shower. I called them with everything i already wanted that i saw over at their website, and i can admit they have some great deals. I ordered full party hall decoraion, tables and chairs with their setup and the cake. Everything was PERFECT! On time delivery, fast setup, and the decoration with the cake came afew hours ahead of time. Everyone was friendly, cris gave me a great deal, and i just cant say enough about them. Got a 25% discount for making 2 orders at the same time, so see you on christmas!

Primera vez rentando con un party rental, y lo que puedo decir es que chris, el que me tomo la orden, hiso un trabajo fantastico! Me dio un precio super super barato y lo que me trajeron eran sillas y mesas que parecian que costaran el doble! tremenda calidad te trabajadores y que compania tan responsables. A todos mis invitados le gustaron la decoracion de la fiesta echos por haappy party rental y seguramente no sera la ultima vez que rento con ellos. Nos vemos pronto otravez happy!

thankyou so much for making my party come true for thanksgiving! i had a last minute order of linens the same day of thanksgiving and happy party rental made my family gathering possible! they delivered my linens 20 mins after i made the call! Im very thankful for what this company did for me this past thankgiving. definitly reccomended

Rented with happy party rental this past Saturday, and im still speechless on the quality of how this company works. Got an awesome discount, and i even got free delivery! The delivery got to the park on time, and set up everything flawlessly and even thought me how to use the machines! My girls were so happy, definitely getting these guys for Christmas and new years

Completely satisfied with this companies service! Just had a party with these guys this past weekend and the water slide they brought to my kids was the BEST and in top condition that ive ever had. My son had tuns of fun and they gave me a GREAT deal on everything i got. They even gave me the free delivery! Definitely ordering with happy party rental again for thanksgiving!
