        Superb service! First and foremost, my fiancé and I "were" first time home buyers. In an effort to take advantage of the HUGE decrease in interest rates, we decided to embrace the real estate market. After finally securing a home after countless tries with a great Realtor, we were referred to Jeff Lieberman of the Expert Mortgage Group, Inc. Jeff is a phenomenal mortgage broker. His expertise in the field, tenacious "go-getter" persona, and constant dedication helped us reach our goals, which at several points, seemed unattainable. We started with a Conventional loan, moved to Homepath, then to FHA and Jeff never batted an eye as he rolled with the punches and the seller's countless demands. Jeff's honesty is unparalleled, providing a birds-eye view of the path ahead, possible pitfalls and the trials and tribulations of buying a home. Now, owning a beautiful home in Pembroke Pines with my fiancé has been made possible. Thanks in BIG part to Jeff Lieberman.
