I am thankful because the only thing that matters to me is that my baby was perfectly fine after a C-section with Dr. Joseph. They are a very kind staff and Dr. Joseph was very nice. However my hole experience was not that pleasant. Going from the frustration of how difficult is to get in touch with the office, telephones always busy and they never even confirm your appointments in advance, up to having the feeling that they don't care about you because the Dr. attends you in less than 10 minutes without listening any word/question you have. Specially Dr. Cardenas.
I have read the reviews in here and I definitely agree that you feel the urge they have to induce the C-section instead of Natural Birth.
To be honest, I do continue going to them as I don't know anybody else, if someone can recommend me a professional gyn-ob I would appreciate it. (Doral Area)

Horrendous bedside manners!! Dr. Joseph Triana is the biggest jerk! He wanted to induce me at 37 weeks n said my baby would be too big. At 39 weeks I was dilated 3 cm he scheduled me into birthing ward to induce me on his lunch break. He pressured me into being induced threatened to throw me out of his care if I didnt let him. Dr. Triana told me in his exact words, 'You think you know so much about obstetrics, you can go ahead and deliver your baby yourself. And the only hospital that is going to take you in this far along in your pregnancy is in the emergency room at Jackson Memorial, so you'll be giving birth next to a crack head in the ER!!'.

The director of nurses at birthing ward reported Dr. Triana. I was under so much stress I ended up going into labor the next day and gave natural birth to a healthy 7 lb 19" baby boy.

They took forever for my test results to come in. They took more than one month to give me my test results. The anti virus that they gave me for my problem didn't cure it and on top of that they gave me misleading information that I had herpes which I knew in fact I did not. I wouldn't trust this kind of gynecologist if I had a serious problem. They might be better taking care of pregnant women but not women with serious problems.

Choosing an obstetrician to care for you during pregnancy is no small task. After doing lots of research I decided I would try Bayshore Women's Health, and felt compelled to write a review since visit #1 because of the unexpectedly pleasant overall experience. I however waited until now that I've given birth to review. My doctor was Dr. Cruz-Pachano, an all stars doctor, truly, but all doctors of the group are excellent. The office is clean, wait time for me was never longer than 5-10 minutes, all nurses and staff absolutely considerate, professional, and helpful; you feel cared for at any time. While all doctors should be respectful and compassionate, those qualities can be particularly important for the professionals peeking between your legs and in charge of the delivery of your baby: Dr. Cruz is everything anyone would have desired in a doctor, and beyond. He is AMAZING: professional, gentle, knowledgeable, always available, personal, spends time with you, and, most importantly, listens (the art of listening that seems to be lost at many doctors practices lives here). I recommend Bayshore Women's Healthcare to all women, specially those at their most vulnerable state. I think I got lucky to have found them. Do give them a try, I was hesitant after all the doctors and reviews I came across and the experience has been in the domains of perfect.

Dr Ernesto Cardenas from Bayshore Women's Health is by far the best OB GYN in Miami. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable and answered all our questions without feeling rushed. I would recommend him to anybody.
