Horrible, horrible experience! We booked a party for 75 people (50th Anniversary party for grandparents) and upon arrival were notified we would be kicked out of the restaurant by 6pm (1.5hrs) as they had another party taking our tables. No way, right? Well, they did indeed kick us out, waitresses telling all that we had 5 minutes left to eat, they did not refill drinks, plates of food were taken away, and of course tip was already included in our bills. Kathy, the lady taking reservation names and apparent co-owner was shockingly rude, stating that we should have known that we only get 1.5 hrs and it's not their job to tell us, and that we should hurry up and get our grandparents over there before we would be kicked out. Note that we called 3 times after our initial reservations to ensure that we were all set, prevent any issues such as this.



So disappointed and still shocked by this complete disregard for basic customer service, zero professionalism, and mismanagement that I nor any of those 75 folks will be returning. Truly so disgusted that we were treated with such disrespect, and more over that this important family celebration was extremely rushed and the tone so soured for everyone. Please sincerely consider going to a another location for your valued life celebrations, 13 bones etc. as I would hate for others to feel this way. Still stunned that we were kicked out of the restaurant for their overbooking!!! Bait and switch.

I have been going to this restaurant for several years now. The food is always good at a reasonable price and the atmosphere is great. I know there is some history as noted in the review above however, I know the whole story behind the comments. There is always two sides to a story.



I have visited the restaurant with different friends - black, white, gay and have never had any problems. I think if you go anywhere looking for a problem - you may find it. I have found the owner to be very friendly and welcoming and friendly. The crowds that continue to visit the complex says a lot.
