I only gave 1 star because I didn't have an option of giving 0. During an emergency with my dog, in which she was vomiting and passing bloody stools, no tests were ran she was just eyeballed and given overpriced medication that temporarily relieved the symptoms. I had my doubts about what they diagnosed her with in the first place, but followed through with the preventative medicine the following month only for the entire situation to resurface 2 weeks later. With that being my final straw, I called at noon on a week day to have my records printed out, was told I needed to wait to pick them up until 4, and when I showed up to pick them up I waited until 4:25 for 3 ladies to give me the run around and ultimately tell me they wouldn't be ready that day. I needed them that day to have for my Monday visit at a new vet. JetVet is extremely unprofessional, did not have my dog's best interest at heart like a vet should, and needless to say I will never be returning.

We live an hour from each surrounding city & use multiple vets (farm vet for livestock), goat expert for the goats, regular vet that we love, MU for extreme things, etc. When we need something simple done, we use whomever we will be seeing next. We needed laser treatments for a sport dog. We were excited to find JetVet as they were much closer to our work vs the 4 hour drive round trip to our regular vet from work (we live in between them, but our work is closer to Jet Vet) & it was going to take several treatments per week. Getting the paperwork from the various vets to JetVet was a bit of a hassle but to be expected so not an issue. The issue was when Heaven expressed to our regular vet clinic her concerns as to why we would choose to use JetVet vs our regular vet. She implied there was an issue & it was part of the reason she kept digging for more records. When I point blank asked Heaven if she said such, she denied it & said our regular vet's tech had said such & claimed she didn't realize where we lived (she had been told multiple times w/ in depth explanation for why we wanted to use them). I called our regular vet & got irrefutable proof that it was Heaven who said it & not our regular vet's tech. I then called back JetVet & spoke w/ the vet who would not hear a word I was saying but kept insisting they had to have all the records. I was not concerned about them needing all the records. That's a no brainer. She refused to acknowledge what I was saying as she was too busy defending a position that was a moot point. I wanted her to realize her employee was acting like we're in high school, and being unprofessional. I was told I was obviously very upset (I did not raise my voice, did not get derogatory, did not insinuate anything, etc). What I did do in the end when the doctor would not just hear me rather than trying to talk over me was to tell her if that was how she did things, no wonder Heaven felt free to treat us the way she did & I hung up.

Doctor Wodohodshy is amazing. My son(dog) used to have chronic ear infections and that was what brought us to JetVet Veterinary clinic. When I walked in jay and I were greeted with a smile and a warm hello. Of course the 1st time we treated the problem which was a ear infection. But over time doc and I have talked and through some trial and error, we have figured out what his triggers and allergies are. Now my 9 year old dog acts like a 2 year old. I couldn't be more pleased to have my baby boy happy and healthy.

Caring Professional Staff. Great Clinic with a very Unique Caring Staff. Doctor Wodohodsky goes up and beyond her Veterinary Duties and Role in the Community. Great Prices and Wonderful Treatment and care of each of our Pet's. We Do Recommend Everyone to go to JetVet Veterinary Clinic!! Excellent Grooming & Boarding Service. This Veterinary Clinic also provides A One of A Kind Private Pet Cremation and Custom Pet Memorial Service.
