last week I went into the Forestville location I took a urine test and the test came back and said I was pregnant; I was then taken back for more blood work. The sonogram person was busy so I was not able to see how far along I was in my “pregnancy”, so the nurse scheduled an appointment for this Tuesday in the greenbelt location. My appointment was for 9am when I got home I called to rescheduled my appointment for a later time the person who took my call gave me a 3:30 appointment. When I showed up for my appointment yesterday 5/16/2017 I was told that I didn’t have an appointment and that it was canceled, and they also told me that I was not pregnant. I spoke to a nurse earlier that week and she called to inform me about my hemoglobin c trait and asked if the father of the child could come in for bloodwork, but never was I told that the test was wrong and I was not pregnant. When I got to the doctors I was told that I never took blood work and was asked to take it again. As a female trying to figure out what is going on with her body I’m guessing you could understand my frustration being told so many different things and not having any communication about what is going on with my insides. I was inconvenienced tremendously yesterday with the unnecessary driving and the lack of communication from staff to me. I never received a call saying my appointment was canceled, never received a follow up call saying my test results were wrong or anything.

I've been going to this office since I was 16 I started my birth control with Dr . Alexander I never had any problems with him he was straightforward and honest and I was completely comfortable with him then he left and I started seeing Dr.Moore I'm about to be 24 and I still go to this office and I live in Baltimore it's a great experience I love them I recommend a few of my friends and they also started care with them and have no problems.

extremely unprofessional. I'm having my first baby and am terrified to continue care with them. I'm always waiting forever in the waiting room then rushed through my appointment. I see Dr.Walldrop and she is so ruff and unattentive I can't take it much longer. Then after hours or on weekends, they run abortion clinics, when apparently Dr.Alexander is in trouble with the law and not supposed to be performing unlicensed. I just recently have my second abortion with him and am horrified to find the article about him and the fact that this disgusting man saw my most intimate parts and came anywhere near my body. They need to be shut down. If you're going to be nice and sweet to one patient, trust us all the same. I'm so out of here.

Unprofessional staff, dirty facility - I got a bill from a labtech company for a service that I paid for my first visit to the tune of almost $700. Had I known this, I would never have gone to them. Furthermore, I asked them very specifically what the visit would cost and they told me it was $200. There are better places to have a baby with much more professionalism and integrity.

I had my first baby under the care of doctor moore. I was on goverment healthcare and he treated me as if i was paying him millions. His office is at least 30 minutes away from where I live and there are dozens closer, but he was the only one that accepted my healthcare. I am more that happy because he made the experience the most enjoyable ever. He always greeted me with a smile and silly jokes and helped me deliever a perfectly healthy baby. I loved my experience and would definately recommend anyone to go and see him.
