This is a “mom and pop” business geared solely towards residential work; so the one negative review they got was indeed a misperception on the caller’s part due to the receptionist’s savvyness in the business rather than rudeness. She was extremely pleasant and professional such that you’d think she was your best friend! The fact she bothered to explain the circumstances and apologize to that negative reviewer speaks instead to having exceptional character and professionalism. And that is just the office end of it! It was equally matched on the repair end! Prompt in arriving as promised. Polite and friendly. Knowledgeable. Willing to explain everything and answer questions. (Many others would treat as a nuisance). And worked expeditiously to ascertain and solve the problem. Whereas all the other businesses I contacted made it clear they’re out to make easy money with their policy of charging separately / a flat rate for just the “diagnostic” service call, (their hourly rate regardless) then again for the time spent, (which means they’re charging you twice for the same work) this business said if the work was done within the hour, then that “diagnostic” was included. Watching Steve work, it was clear he did not try to drag things out past the hour mark; despite the fact it was ME that was peppering (annoying him ☺️) with questions! Truly “old school.” An honest dollar for an honest day’s work. Not like so many others these days of “how much can I gouge the customer for?” I HIGHly recommend them!

Great service. I called for service around 8:30am and they were here around 9:30am.
