Not only are the desk staff members rude and disrespectful, the hygienists are in a hurry and rough with the children during cleanings. My children had been complaining about the cleanings hurting them. When I confronted the dentist about it, he made excuses for his staff and basically told me that pain is necessary. He had been their dentist since they were very young, so I trusted him and tolerated it for a couple of more appointments until I finally had enough and went with my instinct that this office has changed for the worst over the years. I take my children to a better dentist office now and they love it there, with no painful cleanings.

I have worked at DPD for four years and I love my job!! Our doctors are amazing with little ones and are wonderful to their employees! My little girl comes here as well as all my friends children. If you are looking for a kid friendly atmosphere with a patient and caring staff, then call today for an appointment.

My oldest grandson starting going to Dickson Pediatric Dentistry in 2004 after a "BAD" experience with another local dentist. He is now 17 years old and has decided that he wants to pursue his college degree in dentistry. I attribute that to all the years of PATIENCE and QUALITY child-friendly care that he has received from the wonderfuls doctors at Dickson Pediatric Dentistry!!!

I hate that you feel you had a bad experience at this office. I have been taking my children to Dickson Pediatric Dentistry for 11 years. This office far exceeds any other dental office in the area for children. They have nice people working the front desk and the assistants are very professional, work well with the children and seem very educated. The doctors are wonderful and my kids love them, it is a treat for them every time they visit. All of my friends bring their children to this office. I have NOT heard one negative comment about this office and I have been in this area for 20 plus years. DPD is one of the biggest offices in the surrounding counties. People drive from MILES around to visit this office. I sincerely doubt that anyone has had a bad experience at Dickson Pediatric Dentistry!

I LOVE THIS OFFICE!!! they have a really nice staff and the Doctors are awesome! they always answer all my questions and treat my little boy good, he loves coming here! I would never change my dentist :)

Great place to take your children for their dental needs!!! Drs and staff are kid friendly and will explain everything they are doing step by step! The office is bright and cheerful and a fun place for kids! I would highly recommend anyone I know to take their children here!!
