        Poor & Rude Customer Service

        DONT do business with this company. They never answer their phone and when they do they are rude. I ordered a new part for my grill (9/21/09). I waited two weeks to receive the part. When I called to check up on it, they told me that it could be 2-4 more weeks because they were doing inventory. I canceled my order. They shipped it almost 10 days later. I am still trying to get my refund today (12/2/09)! It is almost Christmas who is grilling. When I called today the same women said they have no record of my return that I shipped UPS with their pre-printed return label. I am still waiting for my $$.
