Mexican Village Restaurant

I had left my coat there about 1.5 months ago the night I left it there i called the man victor said he would hold it for me 2 weeks later after getting back there they lost it. Now 1.5 months later they call and tell me they found it. I drive all the way back down there to be disappointed and the staff not even caring basically sorry we lost ur coat. Didn't offer us anything since the guy didn't put it away like he should of. Out of a 50.00$ coat and dout ill be going back their poor customer service very disappointed we use to eat there quite a bit especially when our family from out of town came to MI wont be doing that anymore! Very disappointed!

no way I'm a local ask any local we know Not to eat in "Mexican town " the whole southwest side of detroit is mexican town you want real Good reasonable Mexican food in a clean environment find a TAQUERIA eat where real Mexicans eat n I swear the tacos are better from the truck if you suburbanites are scared find a Mexican restaurant in Your own neck of the woods bagley is overated overpriced n outdated

The food is absolutely delicious ! The prices are very cheap...especially for the amount of food you get. The service is a little iffy though. I don't like the location very much either. It's down in Detroit. I've never personally had a problem going to and from the restaurant though.

A faithful go to Mexican restaurant you can rely on. Don't have to worry about food tasting different each time you go.

The food was grt on friday nite 12/9/11 finally talked my new gf to go to detroit for dinner and had car broken into while there security sat in booth to keep warm will never get her to go back they waste there money on securty

This is the #1 spot for Mexican food

The quality of service and food had not changed since day one. Great authentic Mexican food at a great price. Can't beat that

Hello sorry to say but the restaurant has not been the same since the owner died a few years ago. I been there several times where the chips were not fresh

good food, great drinks, decent value. Definate thumbs up and suggest you try next time you are craving good mexican.
